Just came back from a fantastic 14 days holiday in Vietnam . I booked with VietnamCultureTravel as they were GBP650 cheaper than the travel companies. On booking I felt sure there would be a hitch, but there was not. I received tour voucher right away, and made a call just to check. I was really very impressed with service and will definitely use Minmaxtravel.com for my next holiday in Vietnam.
I had a couple of hours in Hanoi, between 2 long flights. I arranged with VietnnamCultureTravel.com in advance, telling him what i wanted. A couple of emails later, he had arranged for someone to wait for me at the hotel (after a quick shower), Ben.
He showed up on time, with a lovely garland of flowers (bought on an impulse in the morning at the flower market). I explained what my interests and constraints were, and he let me knowledgeably to show me the type of things I was interested in. Charming, knowledgeable, flexible, those few hours were pleasantly spent, and gave me the best grasp of Hanoi that I could hope for in such a short time.
Ben also was responsible in arranging various things I needed, such as checking out the cab for knowledge and fare. No surprises. All in all, defintely recommended.
